Yaron Deskalo has been hired as the Coordinating Producer for ESPNU’s new late-night show UNITE. He comes to the UNITE project from the Emmy Award winning series E:60.  Yaron first joined ESPN as an intern back in the summer of 2003. After graduation, Yaron spent time assisting the ESPN25 project. In the summer of 2004, Yaron left ESPN to attend law school and business school and three years later, after graduation, he was hired back as an associate producer for E:60. In 2010, Yaron was the producer of the Emmy-winning feature for Outstanding Sports Journalism, "Wanted: Fugitive." The following year, he produced "Survival One," the Emmy-winning Long Feature about a group of soccer players who lost their limbs from war-torn Liberia.
Yaron has bar licenses in New York and Connecticut and lives with his wife in West Hartford, CT.
