Melissa Magee is now a meteorologist for WPVI in Philidelphia. She got her start in broadcasting as a news anchor and reporter, but along the way developed a fascination with the weather. She challenged herself by studying meteorology, but she still loves the excitement that comes with telling all types of stories, including hard news, human interest, science/environmental and features. Melissa joined WPVI from WNYW in New York, where she presented the midday newscast's weather. She also anchored the weather for the "Good Day New York" morning show, as well as the evening newscasts. Melissa journey started with stops at KDUH in Scottbluff, Nebraska and KBAK in Bakerfield, CA, before she headed east to WNYW and WPVI.
